Art City Trolley - Springville Utah

I had a fabulous lunch a few weeks ago with new friends in Springville Utah. Art City Trolley restaurant is a great little lunch spot with character and good food located on the quaint main street of Springville. They don't have a website, or I would have stolen a menu to get the story, but they refurbished an old trolley car and stuck it on their building. Their restaurant has grown in popularity in the small town of Springville, and I could see why.

Some noteworthy menu items: The BBQ chicken salad was everything you want in a salad. Lots of vegetables, crunchy tortillas, and a delicious bbq-ranch dressing. All of their salad's come in half orders, which was still a hefty portion. I had a difficult time ordering because of the delicious selection of salads, burgers and sandwiches to choose from. I hear their fish and chips and good, and their french fries were thick-cut and perfectly salted. They had great vegetarian options - a garden burger, several salads, and a vegetarian philly that looked good.

I didn't try their specialty sodas or milkshakes, but next time I"ll be sure to. If you're ever in the Springville/Spanish Fork area, make sure to check out the Art City Trolley restaurant on Main Street. Delish!
