Green Chile Soup - Easiest Dinner Ever?

It might be the easiest dinner ever. I love this soup because it's quick to throw together, it's budget-friendly, and it's obviously delicious. I'm making a batch for hubby and myself tonight, and the rest is going to work tomorrow for a birthday celebration.

Try it. Be amazed.

Cooked chicken - however much you like
1 quart chicken broth
handful of scallions
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp cumin
1 jar of green salsa
1 can of red kidney beans
drained diced tomatoes

Saute the onions in a tablespoon of oil with the oregano and cumin. Add the chicken, broth, green salsa, kidney beans, and then the tomatoes. Simmer and enjoy. I like to serve with a dollop of sour cream or a handful of lime-flavored tortilla chips. Delicious....
